SQR Exhibits at Isle of Man Graduate Fair

Looking for a career that’s innovative, ethical and impactful? Many of the students and graduates that attended the Isle of Man Graduate Fair 2023 were! The SQR team spent the afternoon exhibiting at the event and connecting with the Isle of Man’s next generation of talented professionals.

We hoped to help inspire futures in tech, innovation and entrepreneurship, and were left blown away by the passion, confidence and diverse backgrounds of the attendees. From designers and developers to marketeers and data analysts, it was exciting to see such a huge range of talent on our doorstep – all eager to kickstart and progress their careers in the Island.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand. It was encouraging and refreshing to speak with lots of potential candidates who share our core vision of principles over profit. In practice, this means that our everyday decisions are guided by a set of 10 core values that we’ve embedded in our culture and instilled company-wide.
